The envelope must be sealed and “Cityof Ashville, AL Generator Bid” marked on the outside. Bids will be opened on June 30, 2020 at NoonCST at Ashville City Hall, 211 8th Street, Ashville, AL 35953. The highest bidder will be awarded the generator;however, the City of Ashville reserves the right to reject any and all bids ifdeemed too low.
The equipment for bid includes one (1)Cummins Power Generator and is no longer needed by the City of Ashville. The model number is GGPC-1332416. The generator has 164.6 hours on it and isnatural gas powered. The transfer switchis included in the bid. The generator isbeing sold “as-is” without warranty, express or implied, of any typewhatsoever.
