Theenvelope must be sealed and “City of Ashville, AL – 2002 Chevrolet Pickup Bid” markedon the outside. Bids will be opened on Friday,October 2 at 10am CST at Ashville City Hall, 211 8th Street,Ashville, AL 35953. The highest bidderwill be awarded the vehicle; however, the City of Ashville reserves the rightto reject any and all bids if deemed too low.
Theitems for bid include a 2002 Chevrolet pickup (VIN 0947) and is no longerneeded by the City of Ashville. The vehicleis being sold “as-is” without warranty, express or implied, of any typewhatsoever. The awarded individual willbe responsible for the removal of the vehicle. Anyone that would like to view the vehicle may do so at the AshvilleFire Department during normal business hours.
